How Teddy The Dog Saved Its Owner's Children

Teddy the dog was like most dogs, ever loyal and helpful. The dog has been a part of Mr and Mrs Farmer's family long before they started having children of their own. Let's just say he was their first child having joined the family when he was only a few days old.

The Story, Teddy The Dog

Teddy the dog,  was a faithful dog who helped around in the house and played with the Farmer's children. Everything was fine until Sassy the cat arrived. Then she got a new friend. No one expected what happened next:

It is great for children to learn early in life, that actions have consequences. The children in this story learnt that, by not following instructions, or doing things behind their parents back, they got in trouble.

And many times, we make others suffer when we make wrong choices.

They learnt never to put their pet or anyone, in danger by their actions.

Activities To Do With Teddy, The Faithful Dog

For this week's activity, let us talk about your pet or if you do not have one, what is your favourite animal? Will you like to have this animal as your pet?

Do you know having a pet makes you happier and healthier? Check this out with a parent.

Let me tell you mine. I do not have a pet at the moment. But I will love to have a dog someday. A cute little dog like a Bichon Frise.

I love them because they are little, friendly and gentle. They are my favourite because they are non-shedding. This helps with allergy.

What is your favourite? Can you draw a picture of your dog or pet? Why do you like this pet? I will love to see your pictures and writing. Use the box below to submit and we will post them here!
